Happy New Year!
What a year 2022 has been! I started writing these Medium articles in Feb 2022 and since then I have published 33 articles on Medium.
I then started YouTube in August 2022 and since then I’ve created 28 videos with much more to come.
In this months update, I’m going to total up the month but also total up the numbers for 2022.
As always, I’ll start by linking my previous months updates below.

- M2 Pro Miners
I have 2 of these miners. One of these miners is now transitioning to DHX mining so I get less MXC and in return some DHX.
Miner 1– 4,215 MXC + 1.666 DHX = $135.01
Miner 2– 6,025 MXC = = $187.63
To date, I’ve mined a total of 87,227 MXC & 5.04 DHX. At current prices that’s $2,715.20 in MXC & $11.24 in DHX
At ATH prices, that’s $11,648 in MXC & $9.50 in DHX.
Both of my miners have started to transition to mining DHX so this will slowly start to reduce over the next few months. More information on this coming soon.

2. Helium Miners
I have 2 Sensecap M1 Helium miners set up with 5.8dbi RAKWireless antennas. I have 1 Bobcat 300 miner that I’ve setup in August.
The first has earned 3.8 HNT, the second has earned 1.28 HNT and the third has earned 1.92 HNT totalling around $11.62.
If I wait and sell the HNT when it reaches the previous ATH, this months total would be $110.
In terms of investment, I’ve spent around $1,700 on miners & antennas and so far, I have earned a total of 58.2 HNT — $96.61 at todays price or $3,194 at previous ATH.
3. Stepn
No update on this front. I didn’t go out — I will stop reporting on this for 2023.
4. Automated Trading — DCA Bots
In total this month I have made a profit of $272.66 from automated trading using DCA bots. This is spread across 3Commas & Mizar (video here & article coming soon).
It was a relatively quiet month from a volatility perspective so I didn’t see huge gains. Some of my bot spent some time switched off — by accident — too which didn’t help the numbers.
I also set up a few new bots which I’ll comment on further below.
The bots on Mizar are new. I’ve set up 2 multi-pair bots that trade altcoins against USDT, one on Kucoin & one on Binance. They are still being tweaked but I expect some solid returns in January.
I also built a multipair BTC bot that trades alts against BTC with a focus to start building the amount of BTC in my portfolio.
My bot portfolio is growing so I’ll be looking to create another article in the coming weeks to break this down in more detail.

I’ve also created a video series on YouTube where I cover the end to end process on how to backtest for profitable pairs. 5. SCPrime
This is a long term project that I’m extremely bullish on. An in depth article can be found here although, this is a little outdated — I’ll be working on an update to this in the coming weeks.
This month I’ve earned 46.1SCP which is around $6.27.
In terms of investment cost, I built my own storage provider which set me back $1,000 (16TB) + Licensing costs of $450 so I’m in SCPrime for around $1,450 with a return of 277.31SCP or $37.76 at todays price or $962.26 at all time high.
6. Hyfix.ai/Geodnet
This will be the second month I’ve had this miner setup. This month, the miner has made 1377 GEOD which is $38.54.
I’ve now accumulated 4892 GEOD. At current price, this comes to $136.68 or $400.50 at all time high.
7. Ponzi Nodes
VaporNodes on Avalanche chain
Nothing new to report on this from last month. I’m still holding VPND whilst they transition to their new model.
Drip on BNB chain
I initially invested $120 some months back. I’ve compounded from time to time (not daily). I currently earn around 0.2 DRIP per day or $0.14 based on current prices.
In terms of both of these projects, I haven’t claimed any of the daily returns, I just continue to compound.
8. Presearch Node rewards

Back in June, I set up a node using 2,000 PRE (this can be reclaimed it isn’t like other the DRIP/STRONG type nodes where the initial investment is burned).
Within the last month I’ve earned 135 PRE or $4.73
In terms of the initial investment, I bought 2,000 PRE at $0.1 each so the total investment is $200 plus $22 to host the node for a full year.
